In the Wings

This was a big weekend.  Peaches had her first dance recital! This is huge because I am a dance teacher as well and seeing her on the stage invoked a feeling in me that I can't even really express. I am have been dancing since the age of three, which is her age now, and it was really so special.

The G Family

Oh how I love the G family! Adorable little boys and one beautiful little girl, even if she didn't want her picture taken! Actually, I like doing shoots when the kids aren't trying to pose and have their "I'm getting my picture taken" smile on.  I love to photograph through the eyes, and encourage kids to sometimes not to smile!

The L Family

The L family was so wonderful to shoot.  You could just see the love that the girls have for their little brother.  One of my favorite shots ever came from this session, it just shows pure joy and merriment!

Orchard Sessions

A few weeks ago I was able to do some mini sessions at Mowry's Apple Orchard.  The apple trees were in full bloom and we had wonderful weather, that alone is a great mix for pictures, add in some beautiful children and you have the recipe for a great photo session.  The next few posts will be some of the pictures from those sessions. The C Family was a joy to shoot. Beautiful momma and sweet kiddos equals some special moments that I had the privilege to capture. I love my job!
